Dubai Introduces AI Seal to Certify Trusted AI Companies

The Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) has launched the "Dubai AI Seal" to certify trusted AI companies. The initiative aims to build trust in AI solutions and foster public-private partnerships.

  • Companies can apply for the AI Seal for free. The certification includes a unique serial number and classification

  • Certified companies gain a competitive edge in government projects and can showcase their credibility across digital platforms

DMCC and REIT Development to Build Crypto Tower in JLT

DMCC continues to push toward web3 with it’s partnership with REIT Development. They are constructing a 17-storey Crypto Tower in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai. The tower will support blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 companies. The tower will offer 150,000 sq ft of leasable space, including nine office floors, three floors for blockchain incubators, and one floor for AI innovation. Construction is expected to be completed by Q1 2027

Sigma Capital Launches $100 Million Fund to Accelerate Web3 Innovation

Sigma Capital has launched a $100 million fund, Sigma Capital Fund I, to support early-stage Web3 startups. The fund will focus on DeFi, blockchain infrastructure, real-world asset tokenization, gaming, and the metaverse.

  • The fund aims to invest in 100 startups, 25 liquid tokens, and 10 fund-of-funds allocations over the next three years

Petromin and Gupshup Partner to Launch Saudi Arabia’s First Generative AI-Powered Automotive AI Agent

Petromin Corp has partnered with Gupshup to introduce PETROMINit!, an advanced customer service AI agent. The AI agent leverages generative AI capabilities to offer seamless vehicle support in both Arabic and English. The AI agent provides support for a range of services, including vehicle quick servicing, EV solutions, and loyalty points assistance, transforming customer engagement in the automotive industry.
